Account Deletion

You can delete your Mashrouk rider account and the personal data associated with it at any time. We offer two ways to do this.

Delete from within the app (recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Mashrouk app:

1. Open the Mashrouk app and sign in.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Tap Delete Account.

4. Confirm the action when prompted.

Once confirmed, the app will permanently delete your account and the personal data we store on our servers.

Delete by email

If you can't access the app, send a deletion request from the email address registered to your account to:

support@mashrouk.com

Please include the phone number registered to your account so we can locate it. We'll process the request within 30 days and confirm by email when it's complete.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, phone number).

• Your saved addresses and payment details.

• Your ride history and personally identifiable information.

What we may retain

We may retain limited information where required by Saudi law (for example, for tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes). Retained records are kept only for as long as required and are not used to re-identify you.
